''I have a notion of europe that will grow ever closer together ,but partially with different speeds ,as is the case with schengen and the euro ''. her finance minister also declared that europe would see '' FISCAL AND POLITICAL UNITY '' WITHIN A DECADE . the lisbon treaty was amended to introduce a ''PERMANENT MECHANISM '' to rescue countries in debt and to impose STRICT FINANCIAL RECTITUDE . WORRYING TIME AHEAD I'D SAY .

sorry if i upset you kind sir , but seeing as there's no racing in ireland or the british isles today and financial issues do occupy peoples minds i thought i'd ask some irish people what they thought of the above . please dont be afraid to start your own threads on any given subject .... unless of course you're afraid of been criticized .....
