They said they expect to race at SPK tomorrow night
they had a meeting at 12 today about tonight, why i don't know it was obvious you couldn't race. They have the track covered but had to get extra help to get the snow off the covers to even get to the track. They seem afraid of their lives to call a meeting off more than likely as they don't want to lose out on the Christmas parties etc... that are booked in. Dogs welfare comes 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

By:
NO CHANCE OF HX TOMORROW NIGHT THEN S.F. ?
|
|
By:
They may race, they claim the track is raceable so depends on the weather and how safe the surrounding areas are, and if trainers can get there or not.
SPK are clearing the snow off the covers today and going to take them up tomorrow and said they want ravcing to go ahead |

By:
i'd say its impossible for trainers to make it to the track atm .

As far as i know HRX is opening and they are showing SPK on the intertrack, well that was the plan earlier today
|
|
By:
maybe they scraped that idea in the end
|
|
By:
One of the best cards of the yar at Harolds Cross and I would say that the track is definitely raceable this evening.
Hugely disappointing. |
|
By:
The main problem with HRX calling it off is they told English trainers it was ON last night. One of the trainers got the ferry over this morning with his dogs and when getting off the ferry was told it was OFF. Another Lee Giftkins got the plane over and was told it was OFF on arrival. You can not treat trainers and owners like this
