...having a bet in a shop involved in this collection of shysters, please be aware of their latest piece of skullduggery.
As of a couple of days ago not being content with insulting us with early prices from Spam Paines(never knowingly not the worse price on everything)they have their prices for internet punters and a seperate set of mug prices for the shops with the vast majority of prices chopped for their poor unsuspecting loyal shop customers- nice way to treat them - only announcement of this was to the staff via a message on the managers moniter - scum

Also if you have a Sham James account that is restricted they will instantly restrict your betpack account when you open it before placing any bets, unless you have ways of concealing your identity I suppose...

just to emphasise the point, just been to the shop to check prices of horses I had an interest in today

At 12.15           shop          sj shops and on-line
2.30 Orion Star     11/4               7/2
3.00 Joan of Arc     5/2               11/4
2.40 Working Title   7/4                5/2!!!!
3.10 Free World      3/1                4/1

ETC ETC ETC

what % of their punters realise they're being ripped off in this manner - bearing in mind up to a couple of days ago they were getting the latter(i.e. proper) prices -not many would be my guess - warn your mates!

any place where Hacketts were going to be involved meant this was going to go on. Rogers who have a good name generally were fools wever to get involved with this crew

had an email from betpack informing me that they were no longer guaranteeing morning prices from today.  Shop still guaranteeing prices, can't have it both ways I suppose.  Which is better guaranteed morning price or betting morning price not guaranteed?

Totally agree with the sentiments on this thread.Sham James internet prices are a joke, especially on Irish Racing, they are quite often worst price on the first five or six in the betting. And then to offer lower prices in the shops is just beyond a joke.
