I'm helping a company locate premises for a sports trading room and I have suggested Naas as a location.
Any interest gentlemen?

you're better off asking on a forum where people actually bet . here we just like to moan and argue and fight over which sport is better , instead of enjoying it for what it is . we will also put down anything anyone says and are all generally bitter .

missed the boat by several years imo. faster feeds are available even though many in denial plus a lot of track players nowadays. paddypower even were supposed to have sis speeds on website lately. the shop in dublin might do ok with a big population to draw from but anywhere else is very dodgy.

Pretty much agree with all the above. All the trading rooms outside of Dublin have tanked.

I wouldn't put any of my own money into this

Think about it like this - €35 day per head, plus travel expenses for them say a tenner, €45 a day x365 = €16,425. How many punters in Ireland could afford to pay that plus make €20k+ (depending on their needs) to live off. Not many (if people are honest) IMO.

somewhere in the south of the country as otherwise u will be competing with the Dublin shop

think they are a dead duck myself and for none of the reasons above. Betfair too greedy and any trader showing any profit will be cleaned with the expenses.
Betfair only want to look after the Harry thew dogs of the world not the likes of traders in a shop.
