As soon as word comes into the Uruguay game at half time that France are a goal down Mexico will go all out. Could be a very good 2nd half.

The RTE stream is a joke btw. The one time in the tournament it's needed and it stutters all over the place. |

Somewhat perversely, I feel rather let down by France. They were given an opportunity to compete at a World Cup and they have disgraced themselves. It makes the defeat in Paris all the more galling- this shower of wasters cheated us out of a spot at the tournament and they don't even want to be there.

I got SA to qualify at HT at 5s. Just covers no African team 2nd rd at 10s though. Seemed an excellent bet at 5s with the way things were going.

Not watching it 100% but Uruguay seem to be sitting deeper. Will obviously become progressively happier to sit on the lead, even if it's a draw they still top the group.

Who is the guy in yellow and what has he done with the ref.
It's really bizarre, he doesn't blow on his whistle every 4 seconds, doesn't dish out cards every time there's a tackle and allows actual physical contact between player and we have a great game. Give this man an knighthood whoever he is. |
