Head in hands man stuff. No wonder theres no interest in the flat on here. A derby trial! Have we no decent horses anymore? I thought Famous Name had an easy one last time but todays Amethyst is taking the piss. Garbage.

Agree, poor card.

Killarney have a better card. Great to see King Rama's name in the big hurdle, I was sure he had been fatally injured when BD at Punchestown. Think Some Slam looks a big price at 16/1.
The 4.25 is a cracking chase too, I hope Let Yourself Go can get a much deserved win.

In fairness it will be a fair barometer to how bad things are in Ballydoyle. I presume the whip will be used on horses today or are to expect more of the same from the Coolmore Mafia

No surprises if all beaten today, best hope of a winner is At First Sight IMO.

I think Address unknownwould have well beaten At First Sight last time given a clear run. When it didn't get the run,it was ridden very easily to the line by Pat.It only finished about 1.25 lengths behind the winner that day. Hoping it will storm clear with a furlong to go!

Ya, big word in Welds for it too.

At First Sight should make the running, catch me if you can type of thing he needs a good gallop anyway, should stay on well if his last run is anything to go by.

Might have a cheeky reverse forecast.

He'd suerly be worth taking to the Lockinge with now. Straight mile at Newbury wud suit. Deserves his Group 1 now surely!

Re Famous Name.
Cant let this go without another mention. A sh beating of a (admirable)9yo, who won a head off 94 on his previous outing and has been on the downgrade for 2 years. I`d imagine thats why he went there yesterday instead of Newbury next week.

He couldn't let himself down at all on the fast ground.Ignore that running.
