ok...if you had a customer that does the lotto most weds and sats worth a couple of hundred a time. usual stuff, doubles trebles etc. anyways, if you stamped one of them twice, by mistake but didnt charge him for it, or know he had it until his numbers came up , would you pay him?

cheers.he leaves his dkts behind counter, when he has the money he will get them stamped, usually 5 minutes before actual lotto draw. it was last week during p'town when mistake was made.

i do have war here at time with lads, human error will happen,
i typed in 40 instead of 4s with a lad here one day and he still holding onto his docket and hasnt collected, somehow he thinks he is entitled to the fkn 40s!!! stuff like that.......

the case was never really resolved. He wants the money ... i offered him 1k he refused, i upped it to 1500, he still refuses, he said he wont settle for less than 2300. he said he will seek legal advice etc.
