They laid me the same bet. I was surprised they did so I asked the shop manager what the story was. He said that they were 'taking a view' and that this is a new policy.

Yes they seem to have turned over a new leaf. I got a monkey EW luck15 in bad ew races, all 2nd favs. The clerk then asked me would I like to open a deposit account. Fair play I say
