He is a layers price Norn, and Roi Du Mee ew is maybe a better value bet, but he fell early doors at chelt, and posted a very good effort the time before that.

If Free Judgement wins the 2,000 guineas trial why will Crystal Gal not win the 1,000 Guineas Trial? The filly beat Free Judgement on debut with Jan Vemeer behind. Reasonable run in big Goffs Million sales race from poorish draw - less than 2 lengths to find on Famous who had much better draw. Last run still reasonable Listed race and 3rd run in a month may have been too much. Big price 16/1.

All week GS. Prob hard to beat stacks in fairness but it was the perfect race for Stunning imo.

The winner was impressive alright sinndar. To add to my pain, I missed the big prices on it so I plumped for the 2nd who I felt was a little tenderly handled! Have no doubt Welds would have given it a race.
I didn`t hear why he was withdrawn but surprised if it was the ground which looked fine. Not sure where he`ll run him now either. |

I was looking forward to Stunning View running and I really didn`t fancy the favourite so Stacks seemed a decent alternative, but not at 4/1! Viscount Nelson had the best form and ran better than all other APOB runners yesterday without being crucified so I don`t feel I was far enough wrong to justify a post about it being a ridiculous bet. |

I was told at Navan on Saturday not to back any of O'Brien's. Unfortunately I followed the money for Famous(3/1 to 2/1).
Two winners that escaped the morning money. Knoll Wollop (9/1) 7/2 SP Little Arrows (10/1) 9/2f SP Awsomwe Impact, you are right about crowds and flat racing. I arrived up after the 2nd race and the car park was only half full. That is the first time since the end of the last flat season. |
