From the property pin :

On 18 March 2010, Gardai arrested Sean Fitzpartick at his residence in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. After a ten minute gunfight, which saw Fitzpatrick clamber to the roof of his family home shouting "Made it Ma, top of the world!", Garda negotiators enticed him down by announcing that "a three ball needs a fourth on the first tee at Druids Glen". Gardai threatening to "Go Corrib" finally convinced FitzPatrick to co-operate. FitzPatrick was lead away to a safe house in the K Club for intense interrogation.

They did an extensive search of his house. He only had 15 months to move anything incriminating out,so all the cops found was his shopping list and his pension cheques.Cops couldnt believe their bad luck that Seanie hadnt left anything for them to sieze,so they made themselves a pot of tea instead.

Don't count on it, Tony.

I'd be happy to offer 3/1 that Seanie gets convicted of a criminal offence in relation to this matter and spends at least one night in jail as a result.

Mr FitzPatrick owes about €85 million in loans to Anglo. His most valuable asset is potentially an investment in a Nigerian oilfield.

Could be all rigged I guess reb.

And now poor Willie McAteer is the latest to be arrested.

I remember as a kid, going into his Dad's shop or pub in Rathmullan getting the papers that had to be ordered. I think he used to help out as a teenager in there.

There was no bookies shop there so we would write our bets in that shop/pub on someone else's docket and the dockets would then be transported to Letterkenny I think.

Them were the days Willie!!
