Anybody on here using an i phone for BFM and if so whats your feedback and are the roaming charges particularly expenive. TIA

there's an app called ibetting (purpose-built for betfair)? seems to be ok (though not sure it's been stress-tested at the festival)

has the speed of betfair mobile dis improved generally..finding it very slow past month or two ive a nokia n series....

Thanks for replies. Rule 4 do you find BFM quicker on the iphone ? and explain how its not being an application is a big minus. Excuse my ignorance. Thanks

Using Betfair on the iPhone is just through Safari web browser. An application, when released, will make it work quicker because it won't have to download everything on the page each time you refresh. Watch this space for the Betfair iPhone App.

If you are finding Betfair mobile slow at the moment try downloading it again, there is a new version that came out about 3 weeks ago.

Betfair mobile is always going to be slow if you are at the races and there is more than a few thousand people nearby. Data is put to the end of the queue and mobile phone companies don't put the capacity to handle the large amount of customers in one area for the festivals or even big race days.
