There is a Hac.ketts and PP office within about 2 mins walking distance, so you won't be stuck for a bookies.
I wouldn't say there is any specific racing pub, The Field on the parade (5 mins walk away) could be the best bet, or Egan's/Byrne's at the top of John Street. |

Langtons might have the racing on but as other poster said Paddy Power directly across the road from it. The kilford arms beside paddy powers always have racing on as do Breannachs pub the other side of paddy powers.
Langtons is on high street the main pud-drinking street in kilkenny so you will find a pub somewhere along it to watch the racing. |

The ceremony is on in Carrick at lunchtime with the reception in Langton's.
I'll probably head to one of the other pubs mentioned because all the guests will be arriving while the racing is still in progress. And I don't want them seeing how much I've made, save I'll have to get a round in! ;) The usual party in Moynihans will have to moved forward to Thursday night instead to accommodate this shameless act of selfishness on Squeaky's part! Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. |
