start of what we hope will be a wonderfull year for shamrock rovers , i'm really looking forword to the start of the season.i see we beat longford 4.0 .we play shelbourne on friday night in tallaght ,god that will bring back memories to some of us older fans .balham oneill ambrose hamilton for rovers and for shels roberts, wilson , john hevey rip. crowds of over 18,000 at some derbys between these teams . welcome shelbourne hope you enjoy your visit to tallaght .

Word down here is that Dan Murray will be signing for Rovers tomorrow moning.
Great signing for Rovers. The Baresi of the league and our greatest ever captain and total gent to boot. Disgracefully treated by the ******** *****ers in charge of Cork City fc Ltd. Not paid since November So he stands up to the chairman and is fined 2 weeks wages training gear taken off him Captaincy taken away and told he has no future at the club. Total disgrace!!! |

den perry ,just back from the game ,another victory for us :).my son brought me into holy of holys after the game and showed me around the inside of the stadium ,i have to say it was great to see the players enjoying the atmosphere , we have a really strong squad this year .i was impressed by the football we played tonight it should have been much more than 1.0. imo . around about 2,200 at the game ,not bad for a pre season friendly .could bohs get that kind of crowd for a pre season sof, still you and giant strides can enjoy your last year for many years to come as champs .we're coming to get you :)

one track mind , he came on late and missed a few chances , but you could see the promise .i and i'm sure lots of rovers fans wish you all the best down in cork , its not to long ago that we had something like that ourselves hanging over us , least we forget . lets hope cork come back stronger than ever .cork supporters are among the best in the land.
