from what information i have gathered so far i find it shocking that this idea has been submitted.
i would have thought that simply banning HGV traffic would be more suitable.
does the government want a ring road with tkmaxx and tescos in every town in ireland?
who is allowing the planning permission to let yet more of our heritage be destroyed?
