Fifa 10 xbox 360

Hi guys I bought this game on monday and I cant get it to play a game it just pops up to clean disk etc I thought it must have been a scratched disk so I brought it back and changed it for another fifa 10 but still the same problem freezing at the same point all my other games are working fine I tried to save it onto my hard drive but it gets to 30% and then pops up to clean disk again is there anyway of fixing this has anyone had the same problem help is much appreciated cheers
