I was just listening to him on P Kenny, defending the whitewash that will be the forthcoming Wancing Enquiry, and wondered the same. Ambition beat Principle by a few lengths.

The Minister said it was an inquiry into the origins of the banking crisis not into how the Government set about resolving that crisis, or continuing Government policy.
Never mind Gormley wtf is this about? Surely any inquiry should include the government decisions to nationalise Anglo Irish and establish NAMA. |

The problem for Gormley and the Greens is they face wipeout at the next election . FF know this so in effect the option of pulling the plug on this Government is not an option and as a result they are doormats for FF. Tend to think though that Gormley is a t wat.
