Positives everywhere you look

Ireland is just brimming over with positives at the moment and I feel surges of optimism on a daily basis.
So- the latest Excheqeur figgers are diabolical . But they're not f*ckin' atrocious -so there's one positive right there.
So -Ireland can't cope with floods or frost. Yeah ...but we don't have forest fires do we ? Another positive to ponder .
OK- the health system is chaotically dysfunctional ...but that's still better than an out and out shambles . Definite bright side to mull over there - and the 8% increase in VHI rates at a time of negative inflation and falling incomes ( following a series of vast increases over the last decade -)has gotta be seen as good news as it could have been so much worse.
I could go on -but one can only take so much positivity at a time and
there's bound to be tsunamis of good news washing over us as the year progresses . One day at a time sweet jeezes and all that , eh ? :D
