Fairplay, quick to act and hope it bumps up the crowd by 2500.
Realistically 80% have already bought their tickets. So if they can get some who went today back that would be great.

its not a good offer every nanny goat account holder gets in free tomorrow anyway.Irish racing must lower its admission prices or attendances will continue to slide.was their today the betting ring was fairly slack.

Think tomorrow would have been the ideal day to make the grand gesture of free admission . All Tote a/c holders get in free anyway and 25 euro entry for the last few days has been excessive . Their in danger of pricing themselves out of the reach of the ordinary punter .

yeah its a fantastic idea, those who went today paid 25 for 4 races and now its 15 for 8 races tomorrow.Very equitable system they have there, they should compensate those in attendance today, not reward those going tomorrow.absolute cop out

Brian Kavanagh made a refernce to this in his blog this week. Nobody as such complains too much about entry fee. It is the 2.50 for a mouthful of coffee, 15 for a standing up beef and Veg, 8 for a burger and *****etc etc that gets on peoples wick. The list is endless. 1. Bouncers with attitude 2. Bookmakers reefing the public 3. Car park attendants with not 1 word of English between them.
Why dont you stay at home I hear you say. As it happens I do, wont go back there until they enter the 21st century.

the point about the overpriced food is taken on board, as for bookmakers 'fleecing' the public, thats utter rubbish - in the uk you will find many betting 1/6 123 etc, does not happen in ireland.
the third point is racist rubbish, hardly a well paid job ffs - and i would imagine that hand signals from 'jonnie foreigner' would suffice. two fingers to closure perhaps
