I would have no hesitation in sending him straight for the Champion this year. I am not sure what the horse would actually achieve in winning the supreme. The horse is absolutely flying at the moment and who knows what will happen in the future. Would be a 3/1 shot max if he lined up so surely you have got to take the chance.

A 3`s shot in the Champion Hurdle? :0
You wont catch many fish caught in this forum. |

Will Go Native get the pace he needs in the champion? Are you being serious
|

They go like a 5f sprint in the Champion. Go Native looks the most solid and is helped by the liklihood of better ground too come March!

When you consider that Rhinestone Cowboy went off 5/2 fav for the Champion when a novice and you also consider that Dunguib is possibly one of the best ever bumper horses then it is not that inconceivable.

Will Go Native get the pace he needs in the champion? Are you being serious despite the percieved flat out gallop on the champion hurde, there have been occasions when they have gone a sensible clip - definately compromised rooster booster in 2004 |

Go Native has done it off slow pace, fast pace, soft ground good ground, (better on nice ground)
He's just better than the rest. |

Albeit he has to have his challenge timed right.

They went a lightening gallop last year! |

agreed, they did - and the time was 9 seconds slwer than standard - which is my point about the ground
