Old ground I know but they have taken €203.88 from my credit card (the subscription of €9.99 went through as normal on a separate date) and when I rang to query it was told that they have no record of such a transaction. AIB have assured me that it most definitely was them that took this amount and are investigating it for me. Their customer service rep (the same one I got each of the 4 times I rang them) was a complete** each time I spoke to him, making little or no effort to get to the bottom of it and arrogant as fcuk. Has anyone else had similar amounts taken??

Slow Eddie.............send them a Registered letter demanding that the direct debit be
cancelled etc. etc.
Send similar letter to your Bank and within a week they will phone you offering
freebies in 2010 and will credit your account with the amounts they took in 'error'

Hope this helps.

No GAA in UK since they withdrew from GB :-(

I miss the Aussie rules too, although I gather ESPN are picking that up.
