Old ground I know but they have taken 203.88 from my credit card (the subscription of 9.99 went through as normal on a separate date) and when I rang to query it was told that they have no record of such a transaction. AIB have assured me that it most definitely was them that took this amount and are investigating it for me. Their customer service rep (the same one I got each of the 4 times I rang them) was a complete** each time I spoke to him, making little or no effort to get to the bottom of it and arrogant as fcuk. Has anyone else had similar amounts taken??
Slow Eddie.............send them a Registered letter demanding that the direct debit be cancelled etc. etc. Send similar letter to your Bank and within a week they will phone you offering freebies in 2010 and will credit your account with the amounts they took in 'error'
