Colin bowe had a nice treble ,unlucky not to have landed the 4 timer when Mr twirley was second (nk) to flying felix, willie p murphys mare won wit her head in her chest in the mares open and is without doubt the best mare bar none to have run between the flags in a long time,it will take something special to bt her this season.

Interesting to see what Colin Bowes horses do on the track now that he has a licence. His horses have neen on fire so far this season. Agree regarding Burnt Oil Babe. Saw her in Kinsale where she won a decent open winners race fairly easily and came back with a nasty cut on her leg. Sluiced in again yesterday and Mares Opens look thers for the taking. Pity she doesn't seem to want to transfer it to the racecourse but maybe she will have another go in due course.

Will do driveon. The open in ballindinesk on sunday looks potentially to be the race of the year. Serious horse flesh on display. Rest of the card not as enticing though on first glance.

YA super race all intersting to see which one the DOC picks ,i was in ros the day he rode TOP TWIG made KINGS CLIFF ,look very ordinary they reckon his not able for the park fences thats why there sticking to the pts, rest of card looks very tricky ,prob not a betting race unless you got a 7/2 the field race where a small few bob would nt go astray on TOP TWIG .
