moneybookers made me change my email address and password for security reasons as they said someone else was trying to access my account so i did as i was asked, now i am unable to transfer funds from my moneybookers account to my betfair account as betfair have the following policy

"Once you have made your first Moneybookers deposit, your Moneybookers email ID will be registered on your Betfair account for future deposits and withdrawals. For security reasons, you are then not allowed to change it."

as anyone ever had this problem before and if i contact betfair will they be able to help me somehow do you think?
