We know what you meant. My ma-in-law is ill & she hangs the key on a length of twine. You have to shove your hand thru the letterbox to get it & mine is a tight squeeze. I showed my sister-in-law my bloodied hand & said 'I look a feckin knuckle dragger.' She**ed herself laughing.
