Wondering if system is glitched now.
Wondering if system is glitched now.
good to see the big winners weren't greedy and shared it around at nice prices.
Busy is on at 90.....but doesn't expect to keep
Bluenise wishes he had 200k in his account to lose
the moral of the story, don't keep £200K in your account.
This time remember they are your winnings, they can’t take it off you for a glitch, it’s proven in court they if on line machines say you’ve won a few hundred thousand, when it’s gone to court they have to pay, the glitch is there fault and have to pay
It’s one of the reasons it’s a mistake to finish the forum as they will have spotted it here first imo
Know all
They didn’t pay over that Irish mare at leopardstown a few ago nobody got there money

Things have changed with the judge ruling a few times that claiming a clutch in the on line machine software is not valid if they have paid you out as well it’s even stronger case, remember a few being paid out if you google them should find them
if they dont want to pay they wont and theres nothing you can do about it
the other case was 3rd party software

I shouldn't think there's much risk of gubbing here. A rogue bot putting up £300 @ 1000 is a little different to £21m at 29.0 when we are led to believe that the funds never existed.
The rogue bot that dropped £200k @ 1.01 at the start of a Chelmsford race last year was not gubbed.

If you’re on about Harrington’s horse, Jimnast, she ran a ringer. Different to this in betting terms.
Andrew green v petfre Gibraltar betfred £1.7 million due to glitch on software, betfair offered £60 k to settle he won the lot, lol give it a read interesting that can’t claim just a glitch
Also Corrine durber v ppb entertainment 2025 a million won , the precedent is set they said it was a programming error they lost, it’s solid don’t get robbed off
i think some of you are getting mixed up
it wasnt the harrington horse or betfred
i doubt this is the same though. 400k compared to 28mill but i was on that one also and didnt press-up as i should have here because if id missed the weight cloth (not watching peoperly) id have ben raging

£200K lost but probably backed it back, £15K at prices around 15 whilst everyone else was wondering wtf. Maybe not that much damage done.
who's gona lay 15 a 4/1 pre thats disputing the lead?
not a person per se, but a person who's off-setting their 1000 match via automation.
although the leopard has showed he got £1 matched i'd of confidently said the chances of a human getting
matched after seeing the 1000 available were slim to non.
