Cachet Won the 1000Gs & was just beat in the Fr 1000Gs, she ran in the Juvenile.

Hoping Golden Tempo turns up for the Classic. Style of running like the great Zenyatta usually coming from last to first.

Is there a chance he won't? Only the one entry. Should come on for the Travers run - last time I looked best price 10/1. I preferred Blue Bolt in the mile. She has a more straightforward run style than Notable Speech, and might get first run. I didn't think he was that impressive last time. Brickyard Belle has been punted from double figures in the Juvenile Turf Sprint.
Thanks penzance, is Cachet the only example? You would hope that this year's crop are much better than she was. Just checked and she was rated 110 which is pretty poor for a Classic winner. |

8/1 on the sportsbook but not quoted on the exhange oddly. I believe the pre-entries are Thursday.

Golden Tempo was 10/1 with William Hill. Unfortunately, they would allow me £2. They had already stopped me placing any each-way bets. Just pathetic. I took the 9/1 with 365 as I think it could go off shorter. There are a couple entered who I think would be better off finishing in the Dirt Mile instead.

Used to enjoy the DRF previews on YouTube with Illman & Beer, but they appear to have gone. Anything else worth watching? I don't think much of the hat covering up baldy head guy.

Its back in Keenland 2026. What a meeting. Fourteen races. Beautiful track if a little far out. Close to the aerport though. It is a track that probably due to its location on the East side of US suits the European runners. It is a sharp turning track so distance probably ok for Ombudsman. Don't let that put you off dd. Ballydoyle 2yr olds usually do well as they have buckets in hand on the grass track. I saw AP has Great Barrier Reef a 2yr old colt lined up. He will take some stopping. Even his big priced runners run well in the 2yr old races.

It's the price that puts me off Ombudsman. Maybe if I am up at that time, but I wouldn't punt it in advance. Wouldn't a sharp track generally be against European runners?

Ombudsman a lay for me, seems like a horse that needs time between races and this looks like an afterthought providing he won on Saturday.

Big fan of Ombudsman, cracking animal. If he does run it will be interesting
how they ride him, held up to get the trip or up nearer the front as if he will stay.If he is a rnr & gets a decent draw, I hope they ride him like he'll get the 12F.On ground he likes he could be far too good for these, it's a question he stays or not. |

Bookmakers delighted as well as anyone who knew he was never going to run. I doubt much has changed in a couple of days.
Just watched the pre-entries and the strangest entry is in the Dirt Mile as only 5 appear to have this as a first preference. Knightsbridge who was a short priced favourite has the Classic as a first preference. |
|
By:
Blue Bolt doesn't have the mile as a first preference. Why suddenly experiment?

Irad Ortiz out with a broken ankle. Just had a check on my bets so far, and fortunately, he isn't associated with any of them.
