I thought it was pretty close to dangerous riding from Quinn. did all he could to put Skelton through the rail. It won't be changed though

I have commented before that the layout of some courses encourages interference. Why on earth is the rail between the 2nd last and last configured like that? Seems no rational reason why it should not be all out on one line or all in on one line. Instead they have a few yards where it juts out. Crazy

should have won, bumped 3 times, won't get it because of the distance.

Skelton persisted with the inside as the winner was edging out at the fences but crucially a combo of Skelton not having quite enough to seize the gap fr the brief moment it was there after the fence and the winner having enough to get across and prevent it meant it won, the important part was Skelton not being able to get up the inside off the home bend when he first tried it..;....no change!!!

Poor riding from Skelton there.
How many clues did he need?

Quinn will get a few days too.......as said the course needs looked at.....its an accident that isnt waiting to happen....there is an issue nearly every race....

given that he didn't ride in the 1st chase I'd say it was complete lack of awareness

A lot could depend if the Stewards have Skelton to brake the record, every winner counts.

Yes I've seen the head on. Gap between 2nd last and last and Quinn deliberately pushes Skelton into the rail even if the course configuration didn't help. Then after the last when Tapley has drifted a fair bit right Quinn deliberately drives towards the rail coming very close to putting Skelton through it. Thet never find anyone guilty of dangerous riding though so he'll get away with it.

Going for inner when behind always a dodgy choice - if the leader is anywhere near the rail they clearly may go towards it.

tapley was jumping right handed & quinn was correcting him after every jump...perfectly entitled to do that
you're watching on ceefax if you think that's dangerous riding

skelton trying to poke up the inside when rail juts out...if anything that's the riding offence imo
