The "black boxes" you are seeing are the Microsoft Edge browser's right-click context menu. The option to "Summarise with Copilot" is a dead giveaway that Microsoft Edge is actively triggering this menu.
If this menu is popping up continuously without you clicking anything, it means your computer thinks you are constantly right-clicking. Here are the most effective ways to fix this, ordered from the easiest software fixes to potential hardware issues: |

1. Disable Touchpad Gestures (Most Common Laptop Culprit)
Often, your laptop's touchpad is too sensitive, or a setting called "two-finger tap" is accidentally registering your palm or fingers as a right-click. 1. Press the Windows Key + I to open Settings. 2. Click on Bluetooth & devices on the left, then select Touchpad. 3. Look for Taps to expand the menu. 4. Uncheck Tap with two fingers to right-click. 5. See if the pop-ups stop. If they do, your touchpad was simply being triggered too easily. |
