Can someone tell me why the likes of Rev Hubert, **** and Bull and Dream on Baby run off 1 pound higher than their Irish marks on Saturday? I am aware the weights are framed early and the weights have risen but I can't account for these discrepancies? Is this a tax after being reassessed by the English handicapper as per nh rules, I did not believe this to be the case. Thanks in advance
