govt should ban all sportsbooks they got fat enough pockets as it
exchange allowed, would be too confusing for many problem gamblers and their lives get saved
meanwhile volume goes up on here so in exchange govt take 50% off the top
everyones a winner (except the bookies but they'd be up enough, wonder how theyd do in a 99-102% game
