Starter should never have allowed that to run, was kicking out and lucky it it didn't go nuts in stalls, got rid of jock and that could have been a lot worse.
They dodged a bullet big time, could have been a very bad incident during race but everyone deserved better, the handlers, the jockey, the horse and the others runners, not to mention betting public. Farse and an easy call should have been made, idiot in charge. |

Not really starter's fault - look to trainer IMO.

Aint 100% sure 2nd would have won without the hassle from loose horse, dont think winner was doin much in front and rider when interviewed said it dosses in front when working at home.
