Same on two devices here (pc and laptop), shows the preview clips leading up to race time, but then just get the race/name details on the black screen after that. Same on gruss and through the BF website.

It works on chrome if i was using the bf site - but not on gruss and thats what I am used to playing off, especially if you are switching markets inplay.

I had a response from Mark and they don't have any control over the video and seems its not effecting everyone. He did suggest changing the video option to using the external chrome browser setting. It does work that way, but the pop up video window disappears to the task bar each time you click on the market. So that's not much good, unless you want to just watch the race.

By ticking Options/preferences/live video “External Browser Always on Top” setting it will keep it in place.
So that is a workaround and gets things back to normal, but still very odd that the normal video route stopped working for some of us.

works fine through chrome as long as you have that box ticked to keep the screen in place and not minimising
hopefully you got it working that way Artifice?
