I voluntarily set one of £300 about 18 months ago and neither they nor I have changed it.

It says unlimited but I will set a limit of 500 a month but rarely used the 100 anyhow as try and make the 100 last me.....its all just a bit of fun and enjoymentHappy

from the headline I thought you'd had your £100 max a month dropped to say £50.

My monthly limit is £100 here, more on another. I'm down to £80, I think, with the former because of the ARC bets. It will increase if the ARC bets blow up.

they must be getting shafted by regulatory bodies behind the scenes,

no way they want reduced volume on the exchange

ive had it come up twice with a deposit limit in the last 30 days, i dont need to deposit but cant imagine how many future-pro's won't be able to come to fruition and get their yards in to learn as they'll just be on peanuts the whole time, thinking back i blew multiple acc's learning the game especially risk mgmt / psychology.  fair play if the newbies have the endurance to find an edge on £2s for months and grow it.  but i suspect they would be going elsewhere these days which will only harm betfair long term.  hopefully i'm wrong but can't see how being more restrictive is gonna result in anything other than a decline in volume/losses/profits for all
