anyone else having trouble using the site? It's now doing a stupid verification process when i go to the site, this has been happening this past couple of weeks, and now they have the my bets tab going into the new cr@p my bets section like wtf, why can't they leave anything alone, i cannot believe they actually stuck with this new site. People actually get paid to do this rubbish

colours went from pristine to unusable to save a pittance, then stream became erratic after bandwidth reduction. and you have to login all the time
you used to be able to log into u.s. racing and it would run smooth all night. no more. they have also stopped putting a cent in it as seed money and it is now empty. not a dollar in there
i asked customer services via twix if they could at least announce each downgrade in service as they used to with upgrades. they admitted to a few 'adjustments'

What new site are people talking about? The BF exchange website looks just like it has for years to me.

The Betfair 'Exchange' site used via a laptop/desktop is unchanged AFAIK.
