HAMDANIA SOUTHWELL

Went badly left and wiped about 4 out of the  race bouncing off each other. Then it was eased.

An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately one furlong out involving HAMDANIA (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Daniel Muscutt, MIDNIGHT MEDIA, placed fourth, ridden by Lewis Edmunds, EMMA’S LETTER, placed fifth, ridden by Billy Loughnane, GUESSTIMATE, placed second, ridden by Ross Coakley, ROSE COTTON, unplaced, ridden by Jack Mitchell and MELODY DE VEGA (IRE), placed third, ridden by Sean Levey. The interference was found to be accidental as HAMDANIA (IRE) ducked sharply left-handed taking MIDNIGHT MEDIA off its intended line causing that runner to make contact with EMMA’S LETTER which in turn, turned the hindquarters of GUESSTIMATE, before being corrected by Muscutt whereupon HAMDANIA (IRE) shifted quickly right-handed making contact with MELODY DE VEGA (IRE) and taking the filly off its intended line, causing it to bump and unbalance ROSE COTTON.
