Been declared, runs from 1lb out of the handicap and up in trip 5 furlongs, on ground that will be really testing.
He has booked Joanne Mason, not a bet for me but a really interesting entry from a trainer that has won here in the past. |

Ignore the ground, being advertised as good, I assumed soft at present, I'm not too far away and had plenty rain today
|

By:
Ground advertised as soft on SL and ATR. 10/1 on ATR tissue.

Cheers, I was on the bha site for upcoming meetings, I must have clicked the wrong meeting. Thanks again

African Gib is the one that catches my eye, from a yard that is hitting a bit of form. Looks a tight heat on paper, will see if it turns out that way,

Has the feel of a Prescott plot horse. It has finished in front of one horse in three runs now up in trip and will probably start odds on.

Runs off 46 tomorrow, mark is dropping to 42 next

15/8 with 365
To be expected I suppose |

I certainly will not be a Layer, the dealer

By:
Nor me lol

By:
I'd risk a lay at thin odds, if it's very well handicapped why haul it over here.

Interesting TD, owned outright by Blake until a week ago and safe to assume if he has sold a share (s) to form a partnership that the partner (s) must have been told that her form to date is not a true reflection of her potential. Going from the sandpit of Dundalk and markedly up in trip and testing ground she certainly does bear a resemblance to a Prescott handicap debutant, would many get involved based purely on form shown and her mark?
Unless they know something not readily apparent it would be fair to say that not many would give her a second look. |
|
By:
If he sold a share in that, he's had someone's pants down.
|
|
By:
Did you get matched,saddo?
|
|
By:
No.

By:
Probably finished where it should of, on the form it showed. Will take something special to get that to win.
Begs the question why is it in the yard ? Looks nothing more than the 40 odd handicaper she is. |

After that - finished Last, beaten 45 lengths, run -
It looks like 8 flights of Hurdles - and then hope that the rest of the field all Fall. Unless, yesterdays 'effort' was an 'accidently on purpose' - Doubtful, though, as the horse cannot run in a Handicap off any rating lower than the 46 it ran off yesterday - That being the overall Rule. Horse had not run this year - and looked as if it had not galloped this year, either - coming up the straight, going from side to side, as if it were drunk. Is Kevin Blake dreaming of another 'Yellow Sam' ... or is that simply a ridiculous scenario. ![]() |
