The former jump jocky Colin Moore was still riding earlier this year I'm almost sure at the age of 83, yes 83! Passes his fitness test every year and just rides on the flat, amateur of course, rides in the Newmarket Plate every year, I'm certain he rode in the race at 80 and havent heard of him retiring.

suppose the ultimate one, was the jockey who actually died while riding a race I believe - not sure but it may have even won..!

He did win Stu, it was only after the horse passed the winning post and pulled up that they realised the jockey had broken his kneck and died.
