Genuinely never had a bet in the race but it looked a very easy introduction imo.

was very green..wandered about 2f..think jock thort not gona win so just nudged it along..owners may have stipulated dont give her a hard race..betting didnt suggest a not off did it?

The thread was put up to create a bit of intrest, something different if you like how some people read a race different from others.
For my Tuppence worth I was guilty of watching Bowen more than the Horse ( thinking it was a weak effort ). Second time around I would tend to give the jockey the benefit of the doubt, Horse looked very green, strong, with a what looked like a high head carriage, I think Bowen only gave the horse a couple of smacks to which the horse responed in a " penny has dropped moment ". Sure one to follow, agree about RV horses seemingly overbet. |

I would be cautious about anything that consents to run on when the race is over, particularly if it has stuck it's head in the air beforehand. It started 3/1 so presumably, not expected to be that green. Almost certainly be even shorter next time, and no value whatsoever. The dams two previous offspring haven't exactly excelled.
