Horse racing commentator John Hunt is walking with his daughter from his home to Bournemouth a place where the family used to spend time before the horrific murders of his wife and two daughters.
the distance is 150 miles and the walk will take 7 days.
Any money raised will be spent on the local community and go to charities supporting animal charities and tackling male violence towards women.
So lets the betfair horse racing forum all come together for once and if any of us are lucky or skilfully to win any money today to donate a little to the fund.
even those that lose will feel good by donating to this good cause
