Only one i can think of. Psycho 2 was way better than the creaky hitchcock original. If anyone says godfather 2, no way. No Sonny in godfather 2.

I agree with George.B....i'd hate to think how old they were in the original though..
Star Trek 2 The Wrath of Khan (nap), best Trek film ever.
The OP is surely fishing when he states Psycho 2 is superior to the original. Whilst decent enough in it's own right it can't hold a candle to it's predecessor.
I'm pretty sure that if a pandora1963 2 comes along it will undoubtedly be an improvement on the first one

For a few dollars more was much better than A fistful of Dollars if that counts.
Although 5 of them, I think the first 3 Bourne films could be put in reverse order of how good they were.
All of the first 3 were brilliant though.
