nice open looking group 3 9f contest and geryon and damysus head the market the market but both short enough ,lots with chances and haggis runs a couple saber strike the choice of tom maquand and sports a first time tongue strap he could go close but one the that interests me of the 2 at a price is king of earth who is the lowest rated of the field is among the least exp of this lot and on the face of it has a mountain to climb and an outsider in the betting and the so called 2nd string . on the plus side he is a lightly raced unexposed improver who has a queen liz stakes group 1 entry at ascot so fair to say they think a bit of him won his last 2 races the latest a 60k handicap at the curragh leading a long way out and keeping on well now pitched into a group 3 c.fallon rides and yard in decent form will need to be very smart here but could be .

Hankelow for me Foyles, unlucky not to unbeaten as a 2yo tough tasks in French Classics
but ran well when placed in 2000g and seemingly didnt stay in French Derby given a break and comes here a fresh horse toughed it out here on debut and at Newmarket where Saratoga Derby winner Glacius was behind in 3rd can get 2.12 4 places to cover win bet so hopefully an ew to nothing, dangers galore and Andrew Balding can win with stable cat atm but hopeful Hank can top up the bank! If not then you're one.... gl chaps  |
