I doubt this year's Derby will live long in the memory. I can't remember who Alleged beat, but I suspect he would have walked all over Maltese Cross, and the same probably goes for plenty of other winners. Today's second hadn't even won this season.

Agree DD. But one can always look at these things like that. Agree the Derby is unlikely to be any good. but too have a derby winner running in it? Must be quite rare. And another 2? Who knows. The 2nd hasn't won a race this season ..............yet. But I shall be dipping into the bottom shelf of the wine rack when he dots up at Donny.Excited All the best and good luck

Yeh,Lambourne did run,only last year as you say.
