Harvey with his usual 'never really travelling' go to excuse for a desperate ride, even though the horse was on the bridle all the way round.

I do not bet on the AW except in very rare instances of top quality races
I'm amazed anyone bets any sort of decent money on the AW. Poor Sparrow Lord rest him used to go mad if AW racing was in any way slagged off. Would any punter be really bothered if you woke up tomorrow and AW racing was gone?

Swap Millie and Saffie around and a completely different result but hardly a surprise.
Each to their own but I would miss it and it has its place in the racing calendar.

Some moan about anything.Jolly gets beat it's the jockeys fault, outsider gets beat its the jockeys fault,

And if it wins, it proves they must have been at it when it lost last time.
The problem sometimes not always with jockeys is an average ride is given and they come out and win on a rank, yet the average ride was given to a fancied mount. All done was a tenner placepot, IMHO Justice Court was given an average ride, on the outside, felt 4f out the placepot was gone. Then you see a very clever ride in the next on a rank. It is why over the years I have 3 trainers that I will not bet in a race if they have a runner. As I do not trust them, so I just do not get involved. Same time, I have noticed with an interviewer he seems to spend a lot of time with a jockey that I shall knows the time of day when needed, depending on the interview I chuck a few quid on blind... 9/10 have won. So I suppose it is swings and roundabouts.
+11% from 2k+ rides w/o claim...cl1/2 record concerns me tho
tbf, I think it is perfectly understandable that punters were disappointed with the ride Justice Court got in the 15:00. Drift just before the off (evens to 6/4), could not have gone wider yet still managed to find trouble, before being eased to finish down the field.
to be fair since the ending of the racing lg and osbourne as team captain no loinger having the choice of which horses he backs/lays,sorry runs,he,s had to get more creative to win a few shillings
