How is he on racing TV? Will someone tell him 7.45pm is the EVENING not the afternoon. At it since the start.
And 2.00pm is the AFTERNOON not the evening.
If a horse wins at 10-11 it's NOT 10-11 ON. Its either 10-11 or 11-10 on.
