Oddschecker has emailed customers with news of data theft and advice to change passwords (and also on any other account which you were daft enough to use the same password for).

Many email services will have wrongly identified this email as SPAM and binned it rather than show it to you.

The Racing Post has nothing so far as I can see.

I received an email and just presumed that was a scam .

I didn't realise I was registered until I got an email !

I got the email and changed the password. Luckily I have never given them my bank details.
