Same with the Racing Post - fawning articles about trainers and jockeys, but never actually any journalism about the sport itself.

Post is a dead duck. Nothing but bookies ads and dozens of "tipsters" pretending to have a clue. "Napping" odds on shots, "tipping" horses who have won their last race or 2 in a handicap etc.. I see they have gotten rid of the 10 year trends page on Saturdays and big meetings. The ONLY thing worth reading in it. It truly helped the punter so......... let's get rid of it.
Then you've got idiots on TV who just have to keep talking. O'ryan is by far the worst. Speaks 10 words per second so can't keep up with what he's saying. Doesn't know the difference between the afternoon and the evening. Doesn't understand odds. Called a 10-11 shot 10-11 on. Incorrect Kevin. Its either just 10-11 or 11-10 on. What it's NOT is 10-11 on. |

They speak more to cover up how little they know...the post is worse, work experience teaboys and teagirls allowed to give us their"thoughts and guesses"..I notice they're giving fat, little'Arry Wilson a guess in every race these days..

Horse racing as a Sport is so Rich. It's unfortunate to see these negative stories. Just heard AMO spending 60 million again soon!
