Goodwood & Galway these two festivals previously had thrown up some big prices winners that had to search for, however this week they’ve all been in the first qtr of the race forecast at both tracks, Galway not as much as goodwood but in comparison to previous years, this week has been one of very short prices winning as the books cover of their liabilities

Last time out - raced in rear, some headway 3f out, kept on 7th - 28/1 - (a nice 'sighter') Outing before - 1m5f - raced in 2nd, lost position 2 out. Previously, 1m2f - Slowly away. Two runs before - 1m4f - in touch with leaders till 4 out. --------------- They, obviously, knew the horse would love dropping back to 1m today - 28/1 into 8/1 - 'always handy, tracked leaders, 3rd halfway, led inside final furlong' --------------- - and NO - I was NOT on - Only delved into all the above following the Win Result. Prompted by your - 15:48 post - "festivals previously had thrown up some big prices winners that had to search for" |

Cala Bonita had the third best speed figure in the Racing Post (only two points off the top) so not impossible to find, especially once you'd seen the big prices taken early.
