so today at Goodwood theres a stewards inquiry 1:50..it was practically identical to what happened at Ripon monday night...at ripon the winner was placed 3rd today result stands..The Ripon decision was absolutely embarrassing, the BHA are totally incompetant.

Just goes to show how bad that Ripon stewards decision was...

Very honest of Murphy - jocks not always that starighforward - gets a tick from me = pity Argentina couldnt show similar sportsmanship or decency

Also glad to see in Sussex [i think] , that TV and other s quick to point out there would be no merit in declaring jock who came off at or just after start, a non-runner   ... after Derby whoha etc!

marquands drifted to 1.33 after Murphy essentially told them to stick their enquiry up their jacksy.  quite remarkable.

as previously said..wtf interviewing the jockeys..why?  the stewards see 5 angles and make a decision.

on derby day when the fav was declared a non runner ,the world pool rep said it was a great decision because fav backers were happy with it and thats what counts and got absolutely  battered for saying it,TOM MAC and LYDIA have just said exactly the same thing on another world pool day/race
