He (and a few others) pollute this forum day in day out - there is one simple way to at least curtail one of his favourite pastimes.

RDR (Rico's Daily Ritual) is a conscious, consistent act of self-care or intentionality (comprising of resurrecting seven, eleven & fifteen year-old Horse Racing Forum topics, insulting fellow Forum users with references to male genitalia and other obscenities or simply socially inappropriate content) that transforms mundane habits into meaningful moments to reduce stress and foster mindfulness.
He's/They're more to be pitied than scolded.
