I didn't get paid out on these bets, I was told they weren't matched, which the ID number confirms they were , then they said it was a malformed market and bets were void, but I layed a horse in the race and got paid. Any suggestions ?

unfortunately skamfare have a license to do as they wish..
seems that way. I have raised a complaint but don't have any conference in getting paid.
